Crew Pay Check

Drop your FLICA monthly schedule, Rainmaker Crew Pay Details and company pay stubs. Each stub is matched to the half-month it pays, and every line is checked against the other two sources.

What gets checked

  1. Each stub on its own. Hours × rate on every line, overtime at 1.5×, Duty Periods at 50% of rate and Duty Payment Premium at count × 0.75, 8% vacation pay on extra earnings, gross, taxable gross, deductions and net, CPP (5.95%) and EI (1.63%), and that each YTD figure carries forward from the stub before it.
  2. Stubs against Rainmaker. The mid-month Salary must match the Primary Payment. The month-end stub's Salary, Sick, Straight Rec, Positive Shift Variance and overtime hours must add up to the Remaining Payment and to Credit Hours Due. Meals and dry cleaning must match MCRTTL and DCATTL to the cent.
  3. Schedule against both. The legs flown in the month must equal the Duty Periods count, and the pairings, sick credit and total credit on the schedule must agree with Rainmaker.

Use the final schedule print (Schedules → month, after the month ends) and the Rainmaker Crew Pay Details print once the status reads “Approved for Payment”. A September is paid by the stub ending Sept 15 (paid around the end of September) and the stub ending Sept 30 (paid around Oct 15). Income tax, union dues and benefit deductions depend on your own elections, so they are added up but not recalculated.
